NEVADA NORTHERN RAILWAY DEPOT

The historic Nevada Northern Railway Depot was completed in 1907 and has been restored to its original appearance. The 2nd floor exhibits include the history of the railroad and the mine it was built to serve. Original furnishings and interpretive panels allow each visitor to experience significant milestones in the history of eastern Nevada mining, smelting, and railroading while celebrating the ethnicity and labor force that produced the copper that lit the nation. Explore the various offices that kept the railroad running.
